We aim to dispatch products within 2 working days* following the receipt of payment.

Delivery periods and charges:

Time periods, within which delivery is usually completed, and delivery charges, are as follows:

* A Working day is any day that is not Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday in Slovenia.

Delivery methods:

We deliver our products with Pošta Slovenije.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Dispatch confirmation e-mail containing a tracking code of your order.

We’re sure, you’re going to love our products, but we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

Incorrect or damaged products

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please send us an e-mail at with additional information (including pictures) within 7 days from the delivery date of the product. We will inspect each complaint individually and replace the product in case we estimate that your complaint has been founded. In such an event, we will cover the cost of product and delivery.


If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or isn’t right for you, you can return the product to us and receive a refund. In order to do this, you must contact us by e-mail ( within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, to obtain a return authorisation number. Following the receipt of the return authorisation number, you must send the product to us within next 15 days, with a covering note quoting that number.

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the Returns policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
